Surprise!

People who try our classes regularly say that they were surprised that they did more than they thought they could and did not end up in pain the next day. They may be a little sore from working out, but they know it is a good sore.


The classes usually do not inflame anything. Pain is a signal to back off a bit for now, and learning where that happens keeps people safer in class and in life. We go slowly, so the edges can safely be explored.
